Refund policy

 

At Tkeem Beauty all our human hair and additional products have been carefully handpicked, to ensure our clients get nothing short of the finest quality.

Due to the nature of our business and our strict quality control process, clients are allowed to return any item purchased within 14 days of when the item was received not worn.  

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if in case the following terms and conditions have not been met.

• Item was returned after 14 days 
•  Items within our wig collection should not be modified, styled, cut (lace or hair), dyed or have had any products added to it such as gel, glue or any other hair products, this is due to our hygiene policy
•  The seal holding the hair together has not been cut off or untied due to sanitation purposes.
•  Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling costs, for this reason we recommend that customers use a courier that provides tracking information, as we will not be responsible for any lost items.
• We must receive the item(s) within 14 days after recorded receipt of receiving the item.
• Items must be received before an exchange is agreed
• (Right to return within 14 days of delivery) – only for unused and re-sellable goods that are still in original packaging.
